Steps

Optional: Create a free account at namecentury.us/app so you can open Developer → Embed & Share and copy the official snippet.

Paste this before </body> on every page where chat should appear (or in your site-wide footer template):

Change My Website to your brand name. Use data-nc-platform="custom" if you prefer.

Test: open the page → blue Chat button → Start free chat → reply in Social app → group Chat Support.

Done.
