Free NameCentury Social Chat for your storefront. Visitors message on your site; you reply in the Social app (group Chat Support).

Recommended — HTML widget (no compile)

  1. Download and unzip namecentury-chat-nopcommerce.zip
  2. Open html-widget-snippet.html and copy the script
  3. Admin → Content management → Widgets → add an HTML Widget
  4. Paste the script into the HTML body
  5. Widget zone: footer or body_end_html_tag_before → Save
  6. Clear cache under System → Maintenance

Advanced — compile plugin

  1. Copy Nop.Plugin.Widgets.NameCenturyChat into your solution Plugins/ folder
  2. Reference Nop.Services / Nop.Web.Framework for your nopCommerce version
  3. Build, restart the site, Local plugins → Install

After install

  1. Open your storefront in a private/incognito window
  2. Click the Chat Support bubble and send a test message
  3. Open namecentury.us/app → Messages → group Chat Support
  4. PASS when the message appears and staff can reply
