Free NameCentury Social Chat for your storefront. Visitors message on your site; you reply in the Social app (group Chat Support).

Step 1 — Upload files

  1. Download and unzip namecentury-chat-opencart.zip
  2. Copy everything inside upload/ into your OpenCart root (merge admin/ and catalog/)

Step 2 — Install the module

  1. Admin → Extensions → Extensions → type Modules
  2. Find NameCentury Chat Support → Install → Edit → Status Enabled → Save

Step 3 — Add to a layout

  1. Design → Layouts → edit Home (and other layouts)
  2. Add module NameCentury Chat to Content Bottom
  3. Optional: upload install.xml under Extensions → Modifications → Refresh
  4. Extensions → Modifications → Refresh cache

After install

  1. Open your storefront in a private/incognito window
  2. Click the Chat Support bubble and send a test message
  3. Open namecentury.us/app → Messages → group Chat Support
  4. PASS when the message appears and staff can reply
