Step 1 — Copy into your template

  1. Download and unzip namecentury-chat-zencart.zip
  2. Copy includes/templates/template_default/jscript/jscript_namecentury_chat.php into your active template, e.g. includes/templates/responsive_classic/jscript/jscript_namecentury_chat.php
  3. Create the jscript folder if it does not exist

Step 2 — Clear cache

  1. Admin → Tools → Cache Control (if available) → clear
  2. Hard-refresh the storefront

What the file does

Zen Cart auto-loads every jscript_*.php from the active template, so the Chat Support widget appears site-wide.

After install

  1. Open your storefront in a private/incognito window
  2. Click the Chat Support bubble and send a test message
  3. Open namecentury.us/app → Messages → group Chat Support
  4. PASS when the message appears and staff can reply
