WooCommerce install guide

No separate WooCommerce plugin. Install the WordPress NameCentury Chat plugin. When WooCommerce is active, chats are automatically tagged as shop visitors.

Download

  1. Register at namecentury.us/app
  2. Open Developer → Embed & Share
  3. Download WordPress / WooCommerce ZIP

Install steps

  1. Follow the full WordPress guide: WordPress install
  2. Confirm WooCommerce is already installed and active
  3. After activation, NameCentury Chat sets data-nc-platform="woocommerce" automatically — staff see shop visitors clearly in Chat Support
  4. Test Chat on a product page, cart, or checkout

Same ZIP as WordPress. One install covers both.

Coming addon for stores

Future NameCentury.us addon: confirm orders quickly via Social Message when a customer orders through chat. Chat itself stays free.
